Are these restaurants really interested in changing their menu and menu labeling? The answer is yes! And the most exciting part about it – they saw profits! In today’s restaurant industry, the proportions are just huge. By cutting down on serving sizes to what a person should eat, restaurants are seeing increased profit margins. Not only that, restaurant owners have changed some of their own eating habits. Now that’s exciting!
